Refund Policy

Overview
Doggins Pro subscriptions are sold by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all payment processing and is responsible for issuing refunds in accordance with this policy and applicable consumer protection law.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with Doggins Pro, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal. No questions asked.
To request a refund within this window, email us at hello@doggins.app with the email address associated with your account and your order number (available in your Paddle receipt). We will process the request promptly.
Refunds Outside the 14-Day Window
After 14 days, refunds are generally not available for subscription periods already in progress. Exceptions may be considered at our discretion in the following circumstances:
- A technical fault on our part prevented you from accessing the service for an extended period.
- You were charged after cancelling your subscription due to a billing error.
- Applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction requires a refund.
To request a discretionary refund, contact us at hello@doggins.app with your account email and a description of the issue.
Cancellations
You can cancel your Doggins Pro subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period. Cancelling does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period.
Free Tier
The Doggins Free tier carries no charge and is therefore not eligible for a refund.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws (including, for UK customers, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and for EU customers, the EU Consumer Rights Directive).
How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by Paddle, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
