Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Doggins application ("App") or visiting doggins.app ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App or Site.

2. Description of Service

Doggins is a gym session planning application for iOS and Android that helps compound lifters build routines, track sessions, and monitor progress. The App is available in a Free tier and a Pro subscription tier.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Doggins. By using the App you represent that you meet this requirement. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.

4. Accounts

Account creation requires sign-in via Apple or Google (managed by Clerk). You are responsible for all activity under your account. Do not share your credentials. Notify us immediately at hello@doggins.app if you believe your account has been compromised.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

The Doggins Pro subscription is available on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed by Paddle, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. By subscribing you also agree to Paddle's terms of service.

• Prices are listed in GBP and include any applicable taxes.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting hello@doggins.app.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain Pro access until then.

6. Refunds

Please see our Refund Policy for full details. Refund requests are handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record.

7. Free Tier

The Free tier is provided at no charge and may have feature limitations (e.g. a maximum number of routines). We reserve the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the App's source code.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App or its infrastructure.
• Upload or transmit malicious code or interfere with other users' experience.
• Resell or sublicense access to the App without our written permission.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software in the App and Site are owned by or licensed to Doggins. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding.

Your training data remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely to provide the service to you.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular fitness goal. Nothing in the App constitutes medical or professional fitness advice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Doggins and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Doggins and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App or breach of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the App or email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
